Winter Break 2021 (Vail)

If you know anything about me, I would pick a snow vacation over a beach vacation 10/10 times. While my family has been traveling to Colorado to ski for nearly my entire life, this was the first year that we had a place to call our own. Between Thanksgiving and the end of January (2022) I was able to go snowboarding more than 35 times, registering over 600,000 vertical feet! Being able to call Vail my home now is truly a dream come true especially when I have gotten to share so many special moments throughout my life with family & friends.

Sweet 16 & Elite 8 (Chicago)

A culmination of four years working for the Miami Hurricane Student Newspaper came down to these three days in Chicago. For the first time in my college career, University of Miami made it to the NCAA Tournament Sweet 16, and then on to the Elite 8. While I was technically “working” throughout this trip, it felt nothing like that, because this was something I had hoped to do throughout all of college. The biggest stage. The biggest moments. I was a part of that. Check out more of my photos from this event HERE

College Triathlon Nationals

The University of Miami Triathlon Team has been a huge part of my college experience. Joining the team almost immediately after moving into my dorm I had a goal to make this team better than anyone could imagine. I spent my Sophomore and Junior year as the Vice President and then my Senior year as President. Because of Covid, we had not attended Nationals since 2019. In 2022 we once again had an opportunity to go compete at the highest level of Collegiate Club Triathlon. UM’s Triathlon team brought 17 athletes to Lake Lanier in Georgia for a weekend full of fantastic memories and freezing fingers (it was 45 degrees when we began our race). Check out a bit more about my involvement in the Triathlon Club HERE.

Boston! New Job!

Last summer (2021) I interned with E&J Gallo in Boston through their Sales Leadership Development Program. After an amazing summer I decided to continue along with the program and will be starting my new job in August of 2022. I am extremely excited to meet and work alongside likeminded people in the beverage industry and I think there is no better place to start my adult career in Boston. On top of the job, I cannot wait to explore the North East and take in everything it has to offer including hiking, snowboard, biking and all the great seafood. Cheers!
